Gentle Yoga & Yin Minis Course
Welcome to the Gentle Yoga & Yin Minis course! This page includes 12 mini 20-minute classes focused on stretching out and relaxing.
Lesson 1
Stretch out and relax. In this mini practice we focus on the hips and inner legs.
2 blocks or 2 cushions, both (or 4 cushions) might be helpful if you want to give your knees more support.
Lesson 2
Stretch out and relax. In this mini practice we focus on the back of the body and especially the calves and hamstrings.
2 blocks or 2 cushions, both (or 4 cushions) might be helpful if you want to give your knees more support. If your hamstrings are very tight, at one stage you might want to use a chair.
Lesson 3
Give your hip flexors and quads (the front of your hips and thighs) a deep stretch. Fab if you've been sitting a lot (and who hasn't).
2 blocks or chunky books are helpful but not necessary, and a blanket is good if you want to pad your knees.
